My girlfriend ordered from here one night and raved about it, so we ordered again last night- and I have to say, it defied expectations.
Its no secret that Lebanese/Middle-Eastern food in London is often vastly overpriced, esp. on Edgware Road, and hit & miss. But Sannin's nailed it; creamy delicious hummus with tender-salty lamb shawarma, juicy and flavoursome shisk touk (minced chicken skewers over charcoal), and Kofta Yoghurtlieh (minced lamb pieces grilled in yoghurt, topped with pine nuts).
They threw in a literal pack of 8 kobez bread, along with 2 more in my shisk touk, a fruit basket, baklawa, and some olives & chili. Fruit was fresh, but the baklawa is the mass produced 'meh' dry variety. Still, free and sweet, so no complaints!
Though I fretted about the £28 price tag, based on quality and the freebies, it was definitely worth it. The price tag is hefty for most delivery options, but if you want delicious food with lots of nice extras as a break from the tasteless and risky pizza/pasta/Thai/Chinese/Bangladshi options- EAT THIS.
If you are still unconvinced- we're both eating the leftovers in separate ends of London for lunch right now and raving about it still. So there. -

Ordered shakshuka from their breakfast menu. Got a plate of scrambled eggs with pieces of green pepper and onion. Maybe there was a little tomato in there. The cook literally doesn't know what shakshuka is. Neither does the waiter (or he wouldn't have served it). Weird for a Middle Eastern restaurant in the middle of Edgeware Rd. Not surprised they were empty at lunchtime.

A quant establishment at the root of downtown London. Providing both locals and travelers with a authentic Lebanese experience. The food was made with care, purpose and consideration to remain true to the culture. The service was outstanding as well as the price. A MUST try.

Tasty, fast, good service, reasonable prices. Oh, and not in a "tourist trap" area. Scary bathroom though.

Worst I have ever had.missing basic salt in food.
Owner seems nice been there for a long time supposedly ,surprised he survived with this quality of food with so much around them.
